ASSISTANT MANAGER

Looking for a responsible, motivated, hard-working individual of at least 18 years of age that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Individual must be very friendly, outgoing, respectful, courteous, clean, and excel in customer service and leadership. Must be reliable. Must have excellent communication skills and be willing and able to lead by example. Must have dependable transportation and be available to work nights and weekends up to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Must be comfortable with public speaking. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Minimum 2 years of retail experience required, managerial experience preferred.
Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Position:
Assistant Manager at Indoor Black-light Mini Golf in Gulf Shores, AL.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
EXCELLENT customer service. Making every customer feel welcome and special.
Answering the telephone and assisting guests with questions they may have.
Enforcing rules of conduct throughout the facility.
Running a cash drawer and point of sale system accurately and efficiently.
Crowd flow control.
Maintaining a clean environment throughout the facility. This includes but is not limited to dusting/vacuuming the lobby and the entire golf course when needed as well as cleaning restrooms.
Assisting and supervising staff in a professional manner to ensure compliance with Code of Conduct as well as all company policies.
Coaching and encouraging employees to ensure top performance.
Reporting regularly to the General Manager
Potential candidate must be punctual. We run a tight ship and will not tolerate tardiness.
